RG Developments aims to double its investment portfolio with new residential project in New Obour city
RG Developments is preparing to launch a fully integrated residential compound in one of the most prime locations in New Obour City. The project will be situated in a strategic area and will be offered with competitive unit sizes, prices, and payment plans. The company is expected to officially announce the project soon.

He highlighted the extensive experience of the company’s founders, which continues to support its expansion plans, noted that the company has a solid track record, beginning with the development of standalone projects in Beit Al Watan areas of New Obour.
ELDabaa added that all of the company’s projects are distinguished by their promising residential locations, which are seeing increasing demand from those seeking upscale, integrated housing in strategic areas. He announced a strategic partnership with Memaar Elnazaer, a seasoned real estate developer with a proven track record in Mokattam. The collaboration is set to unlock new opportunities for landmark projects in New Obour, aligning with RG Developments’ ambitious plans for growth and investment.
He pointed out that one of the company’s flagship projects in the heart of New Obour City is Maalem Mall, which is ready for immediate delivery. The mall is located in a prime area with high residential density, surrounded by housing projects such as Sakan Misr, Social Housing, and Beit Al Watan.
