Nilestone Developments contracts with “Raef Fahmi” to design the architectural design of Samaya project
Nilestone Developments company, announced assigning the full architectural design of “Samaya” project to Raef Fahmi Architects office- one of the most prominent architects in the Arab region- which will enhance the project’s investment value, as it is a move that reflects the company’s commitment to deliver a project that applies the future aspirations.

He added that “Samaya” project enjoys a unique location in the Golden Square of Hadayek October, closing to the Global Village and Zewail University, and close to the main highways in West Cairo, as this strategic location represents a successful investment for the company and the client, and the project is built on an area of 12 acres in the heart of Hadayek October, as it is not just a traditional residential compound, but an integrated residential experience that guarantees the highest standards of quality of life for its clients.
