AJAD Developments, the Egyptian-Saudi company, has announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, where it will showcase a selection of units from its flagship project, Elaia—the company’s first venture in the Egyptian real estate market. Ammar noted that AJAD Developments is developing the Elaia project with Egyptian-Saudi investments, aiming to create a development that blends modern design, a prime location, and comprehensive services, establishing it as a distinctive destination in East Cairo.
He highlighted that the project spans over 85 feddans in New Heliopolis, located on the Suez Road axis—one of East Cairo’s key development corridors. Ammar further noted that Cityscape Egypt 2025 offers an important platform to highlight the features of the Elaia project and to present clients with a range of solutions tailored to both investment and residential needs.
