Scope Developments joins Cityscape 2025 with flagship projects, celebrating 8 years since its establishment
Scope Developments participates in Cityscape and celebrates its Diamond Year with major deliveries planned for 2026
Building on strong experience, a proven track record, and a diverse project portfolio, Scope Developments plans to participate in Cityscape Egypt 2025, scheduled to take place from 24 to 27 September, showcasing its projects Zoom Plaza Mall and Ayl 90 Mall.
Chairman of Scope Developments Eng. Mohamed Ghobashy stated, “Our participation in Cityscape 2025 reflects our eight-year journey of dedication and successful project delivery, paving the way for an even stronger start to our Diamond Year in 2026, and reinforcing our position as one of the leading real estate companies in the Egyptian market.”
He disclosed that Cityscape Egypt is the most important event in the region’s real estate sector, serving as a key platform that brings together major developers, investors, and clients in one place. The exhibition enhances communication between companies, fosters strategic partnerships, provides insight into market competition, and offers clients the chance to explore a wide range of projects in a single location.
Ghobashy added that Scope Developments will showcase the final phase of its Zoom Plaza project, offering a 20% down payment, installments up to 5 years, and a 5% discount exclusively during the exhibition. The company has completed 60% of the construction, with project handover expected in December 2026.
Zoom Plaza is the first fully integrated plaza in the South Academy area, located directly opposite the Police Mosque and near the North 90th Axis and Cairo Festival City. The project is also close to international schools such as the French, European, and American schools. It spans over 3,384 sqm, with a built-up ratio of 40% for the ground floor and 44% for the typical floors, and includes two basement parking levels.
He noted that the Ayl 90 Mall license is currently being finalized, with excavation work scheduled to begin in early October. The mall handover is expected in December 2028, and the company is offering exclusive deals during the exhibition, including 0% down payment and 7-year equal installments.
He added that Ayl 90 was designed by Smarch Architecture, led by Eng. Wael El-Samman, featuring innovative architectural solutions and a panoramic façade. The engineering consultancy for the project is provided by ACE Moharram – Bakhoum. The development stretches over 4,255 sqm, divided to accommodate a fully serviced mall with commercial shops, administrative offices, and medical clinics. The ground and first floors are allocated for commercial activity, with spaces starting at 53 sqm, while administrative and medical units start at 42 sqm, in addition to two basement parking levels.
He disclosed that next October marks an important milestone for the company, celebrating 8 years since its launch and the trust of over 700 clients in its projects. The company also aims for 2026 to be its “Diamond Year,” beginning with the delivery of more than 100 residential units early in the year and concluding with the handover of Zoom Plaza by year-end, making it an exceptional year across all levels.
