Green Investment launches a smart real estate investment system with monthly installments starting from EGP 1,000 via “Balmetr” platform
Green Investment Company announced launching a new smart real estate investment system called “Real Estate Association” through its electronic platform “B almetr”, which enables all society segments to participate in real estate investment easily and with the lowest cost, with monthly installments starting from only EGP 1,000, with flexible payment periods available to suit all segments.
Eng. Abdel Rahman Baghdadi, Green Investments CEO, said that this new system represents an innovative step in the field of real estate investment, as it gives clients the opportunity to become partners in ready for delivery in real estate units, through which they can gain an investment return immediately upon contracting, which creates an investment model that achieves a balance between credibility and renewable returns, noting the importance of developing ideas that support clients’ purchasing power and help them invest in real estate safely.
