SUD celebrates the handover of The Pearl project in New Mansoura, marking the city’s first developer delivery

The handover of villas at The Pearl adds a new success to SUD’s expanding portfolio across Egypt’s new cities. The company also announced the launch of a new phase of the project, featuring attractive and flexible payment options.
Further, the new phase includes premium units for those seeking to own a home within the project, with unit spaces starting from 57 sqm, providing a wide range of options for customers. The phase is being launched with a 10% down payment and installment plan over 10 years, with units delivered in a semi-finished condition.
Additionally, the company explained that The Pearl is one of its most prominent developments in Egypt’s Delta region. The residential compound spans over 60 acres with a 550-meter beachfront, and 77.5% of the area dedicated to green spaces.

This was followed by a captivating magic performance by Chris El Masry, who engaged and amazed the audience, and concluded with a beautiful saxophone performance by actress Rahma Hassan, whose soothing melodies and elegant stage presence created moments of harmony and refinement, drawing a warm round of applause from the attendees.
