Rock Developments, demonstrating its confidence in the Egyptian real estate market, has unveiled the second phase of its prestigious project, Rock White, located in the heart of New Heliopolis, with total investments amounting to EGP 6 billion. The launch continues the company’s mission to deliver luxury living at accessible prices in East Cairo.

Emad Doss, CEO of Rock Developments, stated that the new phase follows the remarkable success of the first phase, noting that the project reflects the company’s vision of redefining integrated urban living in New Heliopolis. It offers stylish, modern residential units, comprehensive amenities, luxury finishes, diverse services, and panoramic green views.
Doss added that Rock White boasts a strategic location in the heart of New Heliopolis, situated directly on Baron Axis and just one minute from the Suez Road. Surrounded by major East Cairo developments such as Madinaty, Shorouk, Sodic East, and Madinet Masr, the project offers residents a seamless, comfortable lifestyle in one of the city’s fastest-growing and most sought-after neighborhoods.
Eng. Daniel Doss, Board Member of Rock Developments and head of Rock White project, revealed that the development covers 25.5 acres, with 90% dedicated to open green spaces, roads, and amenities, including a 7.3-acre central park. The built-up area accounts for only 10%, ensuring that all units enjoy expansive views, maximum privacy, and security within a double-gated community.
He pointed out that the project comprises 770 fully finished residential units ranging from 117 to 236 sqm, featuring three-bedroom apartments, ground-floor units with private gardens, and penthouses with spacious terraces.
