Tesla Developments has fully sold out the first phase of its Tesla Residence project in record time, paving the way for the launch of the second phase. The upcoming phase is expected to attract strong demand, driven by rising interest from both homebuyers and investors, highlighting the project’s solid investment appeal.
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Tesla Developments Alaa El-Sheikh said that the swift sell-out of the first phase demonstrates clients’ confidence in the company’s vision and its capability to deliver a well-integrated real estate offering, supported by a strategic location, diverse uses, and high-quality planning and execution.
He added that the project has effectively addressed the needs of a broad segment of buyers looking for both residential and investment opportunities in West Cairo.
El-Sheikh noted that the company is currently launching the second phase of the project, featuring serviced residential units offered fully finished and furnished to international standards.
He pointed out that early indicators and strong inquiry levels signal robust demand for this phase, driven by its attractive investment returns and simplified operation and management.
He further stated that the management company for the serviced component will be announced in the near future.
The company’s CCO explained that Tesla Residence is being developed across 26 acres in west Cairo and benefits from a prime location directly opposite MSA University on Al-Wahat Road, enhancing its appeal through strong accessibility and consistent demand for the project’s diverse range of units.
He noted that the project has been conceived as a fully integrated mixed-use destination, bringing together residential, retail, hospitality, administrative, and medical elements.
The development features residential units in diverse sizes, a 450-meter commercial promenade, a dedicated medical building, and multiple administrative buildings, creating strong operational potential and ensuring consistent activity across the project.
Tesla Residence is being rolled out in four sales phases, with deliveries planned to commence within three years according to a defined timeline, as the company seeks to establish a unique, fully integrated real estate destination in west Cairo, El-Sheikh concluded.
