MRB has been involved in the Prime Plaza project since the early phases of development. The company conducted comprehensive market studies, analyzed the local market, examined consumer behavior, and assessed competing projects.
MRB also developed a complete tenant mix strategy to determine the most suitable types of businesses and brands for the project and its target audience, supporting the mall’s leasing plan.
Additionally, MRB prepared operation requirements and technical standards from the planning phase, including facility management guidelines, operational scenarios, and strategies to achieve optimal occupancy rates.
