New Jersey Developments Affirms Its Commitment as Construction Officially Commences at Jamila North Coast in Ras El Hekma
New Jersey Developments has reaffirmed its seriousness and full commitment to the approved implementation plans of its flagship project, Jamila North Coast, located on Egypt’s North Coast. Construction works have officially commenced after the project obtained all required ministerial approvals and official licenses.
Eng. Girgis Youssef, Chairman of New Jersey Developments (NJD), stated that the launch of construction reflects the company’s clear strategy, which is based on actual execution rather than marketing promises. He emphasized that adherence to scheduled timelines and full legal compliance remain top priorities across all company projects.
He added that Jamila North Coast has obtained Ministerial Decree No. 283 dated March 22, 2023, along with all necessary permits, enabling the company to begin construction in accordance with approved plans and timelines. The presence of equipment and active construction on site sends a strong message to the market, highlighting the project’s solid legal and financial standing.
Eng. Youssef further noted that Jamila North Coast is strategically located at kilometer 273 in Ras El Hekma. The project maintains a low building footprint of only 9 percent and features a 700 meter beachfront. Spanning a total area of 130 acres, with the first phase covering 50 acres, the development offers a diverse range of residential units designed to meet various preferences and needs. All units enjoy direct sea views, alongside a comprehensive array of services, recreational facilities, and commercial amenities.
He also emphasized that New Jersey Developments adopts a strategy built on transparency with clients and partners, alongside a firm commitment to delivering projects according to the highest quality standards.
