• A strategic transformation focused on delivering integrated lifestyle experiences with the customer at the core
• The rebranding to Biography marks a key milestone in the Group’s journey toward redefining real estate development in Egypt
Cairo March 2026: El Attal Holding has announced the rebranding of its real estate development subsidiary, Attal Properties, under the new name Biography, in a move that reflects a renewed vision for the future of real estate development in Egypt. The Group emphasized that this transformation is limited to the brand identity and positioning, with no impact on the company’s legal structure, ownership, or existing contractual commitments.
The rebranding comes as part of a broader strategy to expand the Group’s presence in both local and regional markets, while continuing to deliver developments that add tangible value to the sector – building on a legacy of over 80 years of experience.
The launch of Biography represents a fundamental shift in the company’s philosophy, marking a transition from focusing on developing buildings and residential units to delivering fully integrated lifestyle experiences centered around the evolving needs of customers. This evolution aims to redefine real estate development by positioning each residential project as part of the customer’s life story, rather than simply a place to live. Through thoughtful architectural design and community planning, the company seeks to create holistic human-centric environments that reflect residents’ lifestyles, aspirations, and future ambitions.
At the heart of the new brand lies the concept “Places that tell,” emboding the belief that every space tells a story; about who you are, where you have been, and how you live. Each development is envisioned as a chapter in the lives of its residents, reflecting their personalities, experiences, and memories, while fostering a deeper emotional connection between people and the places they inhabit.
In line with this transformation, El Attal Holding announced the appointment of Sherif Saleh, a real estate industry veteran with over 23 years of experience, as Chief Executive Officer of Biography.
Commenting on the rebranding, Eng. Ahmed El Attal, Chairman of El Attal Holding, stated: “The launch of Biography marks a significant milestone in our journey toward embracing a renewed vision for the future of real estate development in Egypt. This transformation reflects our belief that residential living should be closely tied to a holistic lifestyle experience. Our role today extends beyond developing and selling properties to creating integrated living environments that cater to evolving customer needs and aspirations, while delivering strong and sustainable investment value.”
For his part, Sherif Saleh, CEO of Biography, added: “The new identity reinforces the confidence of our customers and investors by offering a comprehensive and innovative residential experience aligned with the latest urban development concepts. The Egyptian real estate market continues to present strong growth opportunities, supported by the country’s ongoing urban development and investment-friendly environment. In the coming phase, we will continue to scale our portfolio with projects that add real value to the market, with a focus on integrated communities that reflect modern lifestyles and place the customer experience at the core.”
Meanwhile, Eng. Mohamed El Attal, Vice Chairman of El Attal Holding, highlighted that the company’s current portfolio includes four flagship developments across key destinations in Egypt. These include Park Lane in the New Administrative Capital, offering a fully integrated modern lifestyle; West Leaves in Sheikh Zayed, providing a refined and tranquil residential environment; The 101 in Mostakbal City, a forward-looking integrated community; and Bayside in Ras Sedr, delivering a premium coastal living and leisure experience.
The rebranding comes at a time when the Egyptian real estate market is witnessing rapid shifts in customer expectations and preferences, prompting developers to adopt more innovative and customer-centric approaches to community design. This includes a stronger focus on quality of life, integrated services, and the incorporation of digital solutions and smart technologies to enhance both living and investment experiences.
