Enwan Real Estate Developments Company, hosted a Ramadan suhoor gathering for a number of its clients and partners, during the event, the company showcased its delivered projects and presented updates on the progress of its ongoing projects, sharing the latest developments with clients and highlighting the approaching handover of their units.
Eng. Mohamed Salem, Enwan Developments CEO, said that this gathering offered an opportunity for direct communication with clients, showcasing the company’s achievements and delivered projects, as well as informing them of the significant construction progress across its projects.
He added that the company’s suhoor gathering isn’t just a social event, but rather represents a platform to enhance communication and interaction with clients, and follow up the development of projects step by step, reflecting the company’s continuous growth
and the success of their strategy in developing an integrated real estate environment that combines quality, innovation, and prime locations.
Enwan Developments Company boasts a diverse portfolio of projects, including the Maraya Plaza project, including two adjacent buildings for commercial, administrative, and medical activities, offering a variety of unit areas, which is located in New Cairo, besides the project features six floors per building, within one floor dedicated to administrative offices and the other to medical facilities, in addition, commercial units in the ground and first floors, along with meeting rooms.
The company also is developing “Pixel” project, which includes 130 administrative offices and 50 retail units, providing an integrated work environment that seamlessly blends administrative and commercial activities in an innovative way.
Additionally, the company is developing “Oxygen Tower” project, which is the first fully integrated clinic project in the New Administrative Capital, located in the Downtown, and the tower features a collection of fully finished medical clinics located on main roads near the International Hospital,besides the project includes approximately 200 units.
The company’s celebration included a variety of artistic and entertainment segments that delighted clients, allowing them to enjoy a pleasant experience and appreciate the Whirling Dervishes Show and other distinctive artistic programs.
