Amid the rapid growth of Egypt’s real estate sector and the increasing demand for integrated services that combine marketing, development, and technical support, do estate has emerged as one of the market’s fastest-growing players since its launch in 2025
Within just six months, the company achieved remarkable growth, expanding its team from 20 employees to over 300 professionals. This expansion was driven by a strategic focus on attracting top talent across real estate marketing, advertising, and consultancy, in alignment with the evolving needs of the market
In this context, Ashraf Adel, Chairman of do estate, stated that the company’s strategy is built on establishing strong partnerships with leading real estate developers across key locations, including New Cairo, 6th of October City, the New Administrative Capital, and Mostakbal City, in addition to prime coastal destinations such as Ain Sokhna and the North Coast. This reflects the company’s commitment to keeping pace with Egypt’s ongoing urban development
Adel added that, in response to changing market demands, do estate has moved beyond traditional real estate marketing by adopting a fully integrated services model. In late 2025, the company launched a group of affiliated entities covering multiple aspects of the real estate ecosystem
These expansions include do studio, a specialized company focused on high-end real estate visual production and advertising content, addressing the growing demand for premium visual storytelling. In parallel, do knowledge was established to enhance the capabilities of real estate professionals through targeted training programs for sales teams and various departments, supporting the development of human capital within the sector
As part of its strategy to provide end-to-end solutions, the company also launched do plus, which specializes in turnkey finishing services for residential, commercial, and administrative units. This step enables clients and investors to access comprehensive solutions while streamlining multiple processes within the market
Furthermore, do estate has expanded beyond Egypt by establishing a new branch in the United Arab Emirates under do international, marking a significant step toward becoming a regional player capable of competing across Middle Eastern markets
Adel concluded by emphasizing that do estate aims to position itself as a leader in integrated real estate services, combining marketing, finishing, media production, and training, in line with the sector’s evolution in Egypt and the wider region, while enhancing customer experience and elevating overall industry standards
