Taj Misr Developments announced the launch of its ninth project after successfully building and completing four projects, three residential and one commercial in the Administrative Capital.

 

MP Fouad Abaza, Honorary Chairman of Taj Misr Developments, said that the company’s success in completing construction work on a large number of its projects has enhanced its credibility in the market with customers and the Administrative Capital Company as well.

 

He added that the company’s seriousness encouraged the Administrative Capital Company to grant Taj Misr a new plot to build a major project in the R8 area.

 

MP Fouad Abaza praised the efforts of the leaders of the Administrative Capital Company, represented by the Chairman of the company, Eng. Khaled Abbas, and Major General Ahmed Fahmy, General Manager of the company, stressing that they provide all support to serious developers to overcome any obstacles and complete their work with ease.

 

For his part, Eng. Mostafa Khalil, Chairman of Taj Misr Developments, said that the new project will be an urban icon in the R8 area, due to the innovative design and distinguished location, in addition to the advantages it offers to customers.

 

He added that the Dejoya4 project is located on the central axis over 71 acres, at EGP 14bn investment cost, overlooking a hotel and a university. The project was planned to provide complete privacy in all stages of the project, including swimming pools, clubhouse, a five-a-side football pitch, and Padel.

 

He pointed out that Dr. Medhat Dorra, Space Consultants, was appointed for the project’s master plan, which gives the project a competitive advantage in terms of innovative and modern design, given the engineering consultant’s long experience and strong track record.

 

Khalil stressed that the strength of Taj Misr didn’t come by chance, but rather is based on the experience of the parent company, the Egyptian International Construction Company (EICC), whose track record extends for about 20 years in the field of construction and contracting, and has built a large number of projects inside and outside Egypt.

 

For her part, Eng. Hania Mostafa Khalil, Managing Director of Taj Misr Developments, said that Dejoya4 project includes 3,300 residential units, with targeted sales estimated at about EGP 30bn, noting that construction work began at the beginning of this month, with delivery to take place after 3 years, and that Dejoya 4 project is distinguished by meeting customers’ needs in terms of available spaces for units from two bedrooms to four bedrooms, with various payment systems of up to 10 years.

 

She added that the project includes a commercial mall over 9-acres extending along the mall’s facade and on the side overlooking the university and the hotel adjacent to the project, and includes commercial, administrative and medical areas.

 

She pointed out that the company aims to expand strongly during the current year in addition to accelerating the pace of construction; It aims to pump EGP 8bn within 2025.

 

Regarding the expansion plan, Nourhan Ramadan, Vice Chairman of Taj Misr Developments, said that the company aims to launch Taj Tower 2 opposite the iconic tower in a plot adjacent to Taj Tower project, so that the two projects will form an architectural icon in the most important and famous area in the New Administrative Capital.

 

She added that Taj Tower 2 extends over an area of 14.000sqm, has a ground floor height of 56 floors, and includes 6 underground garages.

 

Taj Misr also plans to launch mega project in West Cairo during the coming period that will become a fully-serviced city.

 

Taj Misr Developments has succeeded in building 3 residential projects over 67 acres with a total of 93 buildings including 2.837 residential units in the New Administrative Capital. It also owns several commercial and administrative malls, Strip Mall, Taj Tower and Ezdan Mall with a total of 60.000, including more than 2.111 commercial and administrative units and medical clinics in several different areas such as Downtown and the Central Business District (CBD) MU7, R7 and R8, in addition to a series of new projects that are about to be announced in the coming period, as the number of the company’s announced projects so far has reached about 9 projects in East and West Cairo at EGP 100bln pounds.

 

Ezdan Mall is located in the tourism and entertainment district in front of Al-Massa Hotel and the monorail station in the most distinguished areas of the New Administrative Capital. The mall is fully commercial and is built over 10,450m includes a ground floor and 5 repeated floors, including 160 store with areas ranging from 30: 140 meters.

 

Dejoya 1 compound is located in R8 in the New Administrative Capital over 23 acres, at EGP 2bn investments. The compound includes 32 residential buildings, and a commercial mall over 15,000 meters.

 

DEJOYA2 compound, over 10.71 acres, in, the compound which is located in the New Administrative Capital enjoys a distinguished geographical location that is close to vital and service areas, in addition to the fact that its designs are based on modernity and contemporary.

 

DEJOYA3 compound, over 33 acres in R7, in a distinguished location next to the diplomatic district, and minutes away from the New Administrative Capital International Airport, and includes 46 residential buildings.

 

Taj Tower is overlooking the iconic tower, and the main Bin Zayed axis, Taj Tower is located in the Central Business District, consists of 56 floors over 8.058sqm.

 

 

Taj Misr is also building Dejoya Zayed project in Sheikh Zayed City over 144 acres, and includes villas (Twin Houses – Standalone) and units (1BED – 2BED – 3BED + Duplexes) with total targeted sales of EGP 38bn, includes 11 commercial buildings over 10-acres and 2 Clubhouses.
