Top Kapi starts its real estate activity.. with “Moon Media” as its exclusive media partner
Al Aqsa Contracting Company announced launching its real estate arm “Top Kapi” Real Estate Development-based on experience in the contracting and construction sector exceeds 20 years- which announced “Vira” its first project in the field of real estate investment and development.
For his part, Eng. Hossam El Din Mohamed Ibrahim, Al Aqsa Contracting Chairman, said that his company owns a strong track record in implementing various residential, commercial, and administrative projects for governmental agencies and private sector companies, and successfully implemnted and delivered these projects according to the time schedule and within the highest quality standards.
He pointed that Al Aqsa Contracting implemented numerous diverse projects over the past decades in different areas, such as 6th October, Zayed, El Tagamoa, Badr, El Obour, Hadayek El Asimah, and 10th of Ramadan City, which gave it a strong experience that qualified it to enter the real estate development sector with confidence and stability.
He added that launching Top Kapi Real Estate Development Company is a natural progress after many years of engineering and contracting works, bringing this expertise to the field of real estate development, as the company aims to offer through its new arm, a truly authentic real estate product with well considered specifications, high-quality implementation, full adherence to deadlines and the highest quality standards.
Eng. Moustafa Hossam El Din Mohamed, Top Kapi Chairman, explained that the company’s first real estate project “Vira”, reflects the company’s philosophy in offering modern residential projects with integrated services and urban planning based on a variety of models, units, and areas, applying the needs of various client segments, assuring that the company’s entry into real estate market comes with a new vision based on a strong implementation base for diverse projects.
He noted that the company’s first project “Vira”, is an integrated residential compound located on Al Wahat Road, directly across MSA University and next to the Police Assistants Institute, in the Downtown Hadayek October area, as the project is on a total area exceeding 34,000 square meters, located in a vital area brimming with premium services that guarantee a unique and convenient life for clients within the project.

Engi. Abdel Rahman Hossam El Din Mohamed, Top Kapi Vice Chairman, pointed that the project includes four residential building models, each building includes a ground floor and three floors height, with the possibility of adding one or two floors to each building, and the project also includes a commercial mall located an area of 2,412 square meters and a social club on an area of 1,045 square meters.
He stated that the company contracted with “Platoon Designs Group”, as the design consultant for the project, in addition to contracting with “Sakan” office as the project’s implementation consultant, besides it is scheduled to start construction works in the project, as soon as the permits are obtained, expected to be completed next September, and the company also plans to deliver the project completely with full facilities and services necessary for immediate occupancy, within three years.
