Landmark Developments (LMD), Egypt’s leading real estate developer, has announced a strategic partnership with Art D’Égypte. The collaboration positions LMD at the forefront of Egypt’s most prominent art and design experiences. Spanning a two-year period from the final quarter of 2025 through the final quarter of 2027, the first-of-its-kind alliance will bring together architecture, heritage, and contemporary creativity across a series of curated activities.
This marks the first time a real estate developer in Egypt has formalized a multi-year collaboration with Art D’Égypte, reinforcing LMD as a frontrunner in shaping lifestyle-driven, experientially rich destinations.
As part of the agreement, LMD will serve as the main partner of “Forever Is Now,” the international art exhibition held annually against the backdrop of the Great Pyramids of Giza. Now in its fifth edition, the event draws global artists and institutions for a one-of-a-kind artistic encounter at one of the world’s most iconic heritage sites.
This year marks the 5th anniversary of Forever Is Now, continuing its mission to create a dialogue between heritage and contemporary artistic expression on a global stage. Since 2019, Art D’Égypte has extended its reach abroad, promoting Egyptian artists internationally at art fairs such as Abu Dhabi Art and ArtGenève, holding exhibitions abroad, and launching several initiatives such as podcasts and lecture series to raise interest in Egyptian art at different levels and for varied audiences.
The joint effort will also include a stream of co-branded collaborations and activations that bring art to life across LMD’s diverse portfolio, from beachside showcases to design-focused exhibitions at flagship developments like One Ninety, Cairo Design District, and Zoya. These experiences will merge real estate, culture, and contemporary art, positioning LMD’s communities as hubs of creative engagement.
