EFG Hermes, an EFG Holding company and the leading investment bank in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, announced today that ithas successfully concluded advisory for its role as listing and financial advisor to Orascom Construction PLC on its listing on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
The trading of Orascom Construction’s shares commenced today on ADX under the ticker “ORAS” with a market capitalization of USD 905million.
Orascom Construction’s secondary listing on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) will remain unchanged.
