C Developments and e& Egypt forge strategic partnership at CRCL Mall
C Developments has signed a strategic partnership agreement with e& Egypt to deliver integrated telecommunications and digital solutions at its CRCL Mall commercial development in New Cairo.
The partnership aligns with the company’s approach of working with leading specialized firms to strengthen the investment appeal of its projects and provide a modern, efficient operating environment for tenants and visitors.
Commenting on the agreement, Eng. Hossam Salah, Chairman of C Developments, said the partnership marks an important step in the company’s strategy to integrate urban planning with smart infrastructure from the outset of project development.
He noted that the company selects its strategic partners based on rigorous criteria, prioritizing proven expertise and the capacity to deliver sustainable solutions that enhance long-term project value.
Eng. Hossam Salah disclosed that C Developments goes beyond delivering individual projects, focusing instead on creating fully integrated investment destinations designed for high operational efficiency and long-term sustainability. This requires collaboration with strong entities that have a proven track record in their fields.
He noted that e& Egypt is a leading provider of telecommunications and digital infrastructure solutions, adhering to the latest international standards.
The company’s Chairman explained that the partnership will directly boost CRCL Mall’s market competitiveness by delivering high-quality telecommunications and internet services to support its commercial, administrative, and medical operations, creating a flexible and efficient environment that allows investors and business owners to manage their activities effectively and maximize returns.
He highlighted that CRCL Mall is a fully integrated commercial and service development spanning over 5,000 sqm. The project features a ground floor plus three repetitive floors, along with separate administrative and medical buildings, creating a versatile environment that accommodates a wide range of activities.
The mall also includes a pharmacy, a hypermarket, and a dedicated zone for cafés and restaurants, providing visitors with a comprehensive experience while boosting the development’s commercial attractiveness.
Meanwhile, Eng. Mohamed ElRewainy, EBU Digital Solutions Director at e& Business, said the partnership with C Developments on CRCL Mall reflects the company’s strategy to equip modern commercial and administrative projects with integrated telecom solutions that support digital transformation and optimize operational efficiency.
He explained that the services to be provided by e& Egypt within the project include the establishment of a fully integrated public telecom network with all its components, as well as operations and maintenance work. This also involves linking the mall’s internal network to the public telecom infrastructure and managing the equipment that provides telecom and internet services to the mall’s visitors.
The agreement also covers full technical support through specialized teams following international standards, in addition to promoting the company’s services within the mall, providing customers with essential information, and communicating service availability.
Furthermore, the scope of work includes setting up an IT Data Room to connect with the public network and ensuring that the internal network and related civil works comply with all specifications, achieving maximum quality and operation efficiency across the development.
