Safwa Urban Development (SUD) company, announced a partnership with Redcon Spain to implement the finishing works of High City Mall project in Obour City, as a part of its ongoing commitment to enhance its projects and meet its client’s expectations, in order to raise the quality of constructions and improve the efficiency of the building and its services.

He added that the project’s finishing work will adhere to the latest international standards for commercial and administrative buildings, including the implementation of sophisticated architectural facades using double-glazed tempered glass and modern cladding, ensuring thermal and acoustic insulation and enhancing energy efficiency.
The works also include upgrading entrances and lobbies using high-quality materials such as marble and porcelain, along with the design of common areas and corridors with durable finishes and modern LED lighting systems, creating a comfortable and attractive environment for visitors.
He noted that central air conditioning and ventilation systems will also be applied to guarantee air quality and operational efficiency, furthermore, the project will be supported by smart systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and building management systems (BMS), enhancing security and enabling smart operation.
He pointed that these specifications contribute in reducing long-term operating costs and increasing energy efficiency, thus boosting the project’s return on investment.
High City Mall is a mixed-use project (commercial, administrative, medical, and entertainment) boasting a prime strategic location directly opposite to Ahmed Orabi Square on the central axis of Obour City – Fifth District – and facing High City Compound.
The project is located on an area of approximately 18,000 square meters, with a total built-up area of 28,000 square meters, consists of a basement, ground floor, and three upper floors, and includes a variety of units such as retail shops, administrative offices, and medical clinics, and these units are delivered semi-finished (Core & Shell).
