New Event Developments kicks off a large-scale outdoor advertising campaign in preparation for its New Capital project launch
New Event Developments has announced the launch of a fully integrated residential project in the New Capital this April, spanning over 38 feddans, in a move that reflects the company’s accelerating growth and strong expansion strategy, as it continues to strengthen its portfolio in East Cairo.
The launch coincides with a large-scale outdoor advertising campaign launched across major streets and prominent squares in Greater Cairo to promote the project launch.
Dr. Hamid Al Rgwy, Chairman of New Event Developments, stated that the project comes as part of the company’s well-calculated expansion strategy aimed at capturing promising investment opportunities in the Egyptian market.
He highlighted the company’s focus on selecting strategic locations to develop fully integrated projects that align with the ongoing urban transformation in the New Capital, noted that choosing the New Capital for expansion reflects the company’s confidence in its strong investment potential and future prospects.
Al Rgwy said that the company does not perceive expansion as merely increasing its project count, but rather as a strategic, value-driven approach focused on developing sustainable, long-term assets.

He pointed out that New Event Developments is advancing along two parallel tracks: expanding its portfolio through the launch of innovative projects in promising locations, while simultaneously maintaining strong construction progress across its existing developments to ensure timely delivery and reinforce customer confidence.
He further explained that the company has achieved significant progress across its current projects, having fully completed the concrete structure of H Mall and commenced finishing works, while the structural framework of Trave project has reached approximately 75% completion.
In addition, excavation works for Qamari have been finalized, with construction works now underway.
